Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by providing:
• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Registered Mobile Number

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Cancellation may not be possible once production, printing, or customization has started.

AFTER DISPATCH
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
Approved cancellations are refunded through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Kiokart may cancel orders due to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Technical issues
• Fraud prevention checks
• Incomplete customer information
